Services

‍Dietbot facilitates the connection between diet subscription companies and potential customers. Dietbot is not responsible for the execution of diet plans, which is solely the responsibility of the diet subscription companies.

Subscriptions and Payments

‍Subscriptions and payments are managed directly through Dietbot. Dietbot collects a 10% commission on each subscription made through its platform. All financial transactions are subject to the terms of this agreement.

Vendor Relationships

‍Vendors agree to provide special pricing and exclusive offers through Dietbot, as per the terms of their individual contracts. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling all subscriptions, including cancellations and refunds, in accordance with their own policies.

Intellectual Property

‍The content on Dietbot, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dietbot and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Dispute Resolution

‍Any disputes related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments

‍We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of Dietbot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
